Our house is perfectly located close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, great views, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Description

It’s a very eclectic house following the classical architecture of Cycladic islands, while offering an a combination of modern and vintage interior design. The owner, an artist himself, has taking care of every detail and has tailored his house to accommodate very comfortably two or even three people. From paintings to cushions, the table and floor lamps, as well as the mats and sofa all furniture and decorative additions are handmade and we proudly claim of being a boutique house.

Property was built from ruins back in 2015 and has one bedroom with a built-in bed & closet, living room with the jeans’ sofa and practical dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy little bathroom, a small mezzanine for the third person and our latest addition will be the terrace with breathtaking view of Mykonos town.

At the main entrance there is also a comfy small balcony with a small bench overlooking one of the quietest streets of town and offering happily outdoor moments.

Guest access 

Our guests have full exclusive access to the whole house and rooftop terrace.

Guest interaction 

We always welcome our guests in person. We have a thorough check-in showing you around the property, all appliances how they work and explaining the main property’s house rules. We are at your disposal for further inquiries or tips that you may need.

We do not bother our guests during their stay, unless there is a serious reason for it or if you ask one of our team members to visit you.

Check-out is arranged with our guests and there is a short inspection of the house prior to their departure.

We also provide special rates on car or boat rentals, custom sailing trips or officially guided tour to Delos island or walking tour in Mykonos town, scuba diving or speed boat trip around the island. Concierge and other optional services (extra cleaning, housekeeper, baby-sitting, masseur, chauffeur, private chef etc.) may also be provided upon request at an extra fee and we’ll do our best to cover all your inquiries. The neighborhood 

Our neighborhood is few steps from the main street of Mykonos town where all the action is taking place, from shopping in elegant boutiques to fine dining in famous restaurants with accredited chefs and even later go on partying at a plethora of bars until the morning hours.
The main advantage though is that although this fuzziness is couple of minutes walk away, our location is rather quiet offering relaxing sleep!

Getting around 

A car is highly recommended in Mykonos in order to get around easy and being flexible, as taxis are very scarce and buses are not that frequent during off season time.
However, keep in mind that in town cars are not allowed and the public parking area is around 7-8 min walk to our apartment. A taxi from port or airport is better to leave you on the main road in front of the “Folk museum” and next to the “Myconian Inn” hotel. Shuttle airport transfers are possible to be arranged upon request.
