Zen Residence is located in a large private lot very close to Lia beach at the southeast side of Mykonos island and offers a unique opportunity to its guests to fully relax and enjoy magical moments during their holidays. It’s a minimal and elegant structure providing different and unobstructed views over the Aegean Sea, while amenities and our team services guarantee your peace-of-mind time that you were looking for. Both exterior & interior is designed by the infamous spanish architect Javier Barba that describes it “The creation of emotion is one of the objectives of this project, and this is achieved perfectly when you cross the threshold, where a large window in the hall surprises the visitor with a series of wonderful views-first of all the pond, then the infinity pool and finally the sea.”.

The property follows a linear structure on a single level and the same hall separates the two living areas. “To one side the bedrooms, bathrooms and master suite are laid out positioned at the back to offer more privacy. The other area contains the common areas, accessed via few steps leading to a porch, a bar and barbeque area. The thick walls, irregular-shaped cubes, the different heights and the rough texture evoke and respect the traditional houses in Mykonos.”

It consists of five en-suite bedrooms (one master suite), a spacious and super luminous living room with an attached fully equipped kitchen, while numerous openings offer direct access to the lare terraced area and the long pool that embraces the whole building. One of the bedrooms may be used for any staff that guests would like to bring and there is a also a laundry room.

Our guests have exclusive use of the whole property, both indoor and outdoor, while the daily maid service provides high cleaning standards and maximum satisfaction to your needs. You have free to access to all property areas (except the room under the pool where heavy equipment and chemicals are being stored).

We do tailor our provided services (maid service & pool cleaning) or even other inquiries that you may have according to your schedule and preference. Please do inform us in advance if you have any special inquiries.

We always welcome our guests in person to show you the property and then sit together to check Mykonos map and get all local tips you may need. In case you feel better we may even arrange a meeting at port or airport, your pick-up or car rentals and drive together to the villa’s location. A bottle of fine domestic wine or champagne is for welcome, along with fresh seasonal fruits as our compliments!

We have a thorough check-in showing you around the property, all appliances how they work and explaining the main property’s house rules. We are at your disposal for further inquiries or tips that you may need.
