The space
This lovely apartment can comfortably host up to five people. Two in the master bedroom, two in the second bedroom and one in the mezzanine accessed by internal stairs.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, drawers for your clothes and access to the main balcony. Second bedroom has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe and also access to a balcony on the other side. Mezzanine has a single bed, a small closet and open hanger to arrange your clothes. It is connected with the second bedroom from the top and has a curtain for some privacy.

The living room contains a sofa that can be turned into a daybed, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV. It has access to the main balcony as well. A fully equipped kitchen can be used to cook meals, breakfast, etc. We provide all kind of cutlery, dishes and pots to cook. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower and a new washing machine.

There is also an air-condition in the living room for the hot days of the summer and 4 fans. Fresh linens for the bedrooms are always provided to our guests as well as clean towels and beach towels. Reliable wi-fi, umbrella & 2 sun-chairs for beach use are among our basic amenities. We can even provide a travel baby cot and highchair if you’re holidaying with little ones. Just let us know in advance.

The main balcony has a small sofa, table and 2 armchairs to enjoy the sea view, but it also has a round table with 5 chairs ideal for breakfast or romantic dinner.

Guests have also the exclusive use of the built-in barbecue in the backyard as well as an outside shower.

Guest access
The apartment is located in a complex of summer houses directly on the seafront at the quiet part of the seafront road of Nikiti. The house is only 100 meters from the beach, with easy and safe access through the complex on foot. When we say it’s moments from the beach, we mean it! The beach is so close to the house, that you don’t have to plan your day and can easily go back to the house any time you want without using a car.

Restaurants and supermarkets can be reached on foot or by bike, but we would recommend a car to our guests due to the high temperature in the summer time. Thus, you will be able to have day trips to wonderful nearby beaches.

The flat has space for free outdoor parking. Free parking in Nikiti is available on the streets or in special designated areas.
