The space
This property follows a minimalistic architectural style with plain concrete surfaces and wooden touches in the interior space, while it respects the traditional architectural lines and materials of Pelion mountain (eg. the local stones that form these amazing roofs) at the exterior. The house consists of two levels and accommodates comfortably up to four people.

Our guests enter the main door and find a closet right in front, while at the right side is the fully equipped kitchen and opposite of it is the bathroom with the washing machine. You take two steps and reach the main living room area with the dining table. Here you may enjoy the warmth of the fireplace during winter period or sit next to the windows and watch the endless blue of the Aegean Sea or the picturesque village. Dining table is large and sits comfortably six people, while the two sofas are actually two proper single beds for extra guests.

The upper level is fully covered by parkwood and is so cozy offering view of the whole lower level. There is a chest of drawers here to store your clothes and personal things, as well as plenty of space for your luggage.

The outdoor area has a marble table with few chairs and a large umbrella that is handy during the very hot summer season.

This lovely property is an ideal accommodation option for families of three to five and we may also provide you with baby cot and high chair. It’s also fantastic for couples that want to be away from everything and love the calmness or outdoor activities. Be our guests to experience the Greek Philoxenia!!

Guest access
Guests has exclusive use of the whole house and their own private outdoor area, while they share a lot of 4.000 sq.m. with just one more house. There is a small dining area outside at a balcony with unobstructed village & sea view.
Our guests also have parking space in the lot (if the second house owner is not here), otherwise the parking is in front of the lot gate.
Wi-fi connection is provided for free and is unlimited, while two sand-chairs & a sun umbrella for beach use are also provided with our compliments.

Hence due to SARS-CoV-2, our team is taking additional cleaning and disinfection measures, as well as social distancing measures, always according to guidelines provided by reputable sources of information including the WHO (World Health Organization), the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), and local Greek authorities, to ensure the safety of our guests and community.
