The space
This maisonette is the closest house to the sea in Nikiti. You could almost dive from the balcony in the sea. It’s a two-storey house that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people (including kids).

On the ground floor is the living room and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. You may find everything you need there for your cooking preferences, lots of kitchen appliances to assist you, table-clothes and pots, utensils, pans, bowls, plates …
For your own comfort on the ground floor there is also a small WC.

Following the warm wooden steps you get on the second floor where is a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower cabin. Next to it is a fully furnished master bedroom with double bed, drawers and a wardrobe, and another bedroom with double bed and small wardrobe. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with the astonishing view over the sea. The second bedroom is connected to the open plan mezzanine.
A wooden staircase takes you up to the attic, which can easily provide extra accommodation for two people (better for kids older than 5 years old).

Guest access
The apartment is located in a complex of summer houses directly on the seafront at the quiet part of the seafront road of Nikiti. The house is only 10 meters from the beach, with easy and safe access through the complex on foot. When we say it’s moments from the beach, we mean it! The beach is so close to the house, that you don’t have to plan your day and can easily go back to the house any time you want without using a car.

Restaurants and supermarkets can be reached on foot or by bike, but we would recommend a car to our guests due to the high temperature in the summer time. Thus, you will be able to have day trips to wonderful nearby beaches.

The flat has space for free outdoor parking. Free parking in Nikiti is available on the streets or in special designated areas.
