This maisonette is the closest house to the sea in Nikiti. You could almost dive from the balcony in the sea. It’s a two-storey house that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, (including kids).
On the ground floor is the living room and detached to it is a fully equipped kitchen. You may find everything you need there for your cooking preferences, lots of kitchen appliances to assist you, table-clothes and pots, utensils, pans, bowls, plates …
For your own comfort there is also a small WC.
Following the warm wooden steps you get on the second floor where is a bathroom with a washing machine and a large shower cabin. Next to it is a fully furnished master bedroom with double bed, drawers and a closet, and another bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with the astonishing view over the sea. The second bedroom is also connected to mezzanine, a wooden stair takes you up to an attic, which can easily provide extra accommodation for two people (better for kids).

We had a really great stay at Tina and Greg’s place. The house is literally right on the beach and has everything you need for a relaxing, beach holiday. In particular, the place is fantastic for kids and Tina provided toys, a baby bath and cot etc… We were lucky with the weather for October and it was still warm and sunny so we spent every day at the beach. There are lots of eating options nearby that you can easily walk to. Supermarkets and bakeries are a quick drive away. Can’t think of a better place to be for a beach getaway, thanks Tina!

The pictures do not do this place justice! We were three adults and two babies who spent a wonderful 10 days in this cozy place. The house is absolutely stocked with anything you might need (like extra towels, blankets, beach gear, kitchen stuff, etc). The location is unbeatable; steps to the beach and an easy walk to all of the amenities in Nikiti. Tina and Greg were outstanding hosts. Would definitely stay here again!
